My background is in Psychology, Sport & Performance Psychology, and Fitness. I have always wanted a way to merge all of these together in order to help my clients achieve not just better bodies but better lives. So much of exercise and health is mental, beginning in the mindsets we have around ourselves and our abilities. Changing these mindsets through mental skills development, tough, challenging workouts, and a healthy balanced nutrition plan can make a huge difference on how you perceive yourself and feel on a daily basis!
