Mindset Reset

When something has stopped working, we often press the reset button to get it back on, however how often do we think about doing that within ourselves?
This program is targeted at enhancing confidence, self-perception, motivation and ultimately complete self-love and acceptance. Often when on a quest to get the “ideal body” we obsess over diets and exercise plans, leaving out a huge part of the equation- the mental view of our bodies as well as how we look at exercise and diet. For this we often need to change our mindset about our bodies. Join me in a 10-week challenge to reset your mind and body!
